How does the free trial work?
Fill in the form and we'll get in touch to set up your company with your depots, vans and drivers. You get 14 days to use it for real. No card is needed to start.
Can you load my drivers and vans?
Yes. Send us your driver list, vans and the spreadsheets you use now. We load them for you, including bank and VAT details if you want pay invoices sent from Fleet Yard.
Will it match how I pay drivers?
Fleet Yard uses your day rate, your extras and deductions, and your VAT rules. It can also fill in your accountant's wage file so nothing changes on their side.
Can I use my own invoice template?
Yes. Upload your client invoice spreadsheet once, and each week's routes are filled into it, ready to print or send as Excel.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Open it on any phone and you get a phone layout with today's shifts, the rota, vans, faults and driver details. On a laptop you get the full office view.
Is my data safe?
Each company's data is kept apart and only your own logins can see it. It's stored in London, sent over a secure connection, and backed up every day. Bank details are only shown to office managers.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes. Plans are monthly. Move up or down when your fleet changes, or cancel and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
