This page explains what happens to the details you send us through the free trial form on yourfleetmanager.co.uk.

What we collect

Your name, company name, email address, and, if you add them, your phone number, fleet size, the plan you're interested in and your message.

Why we use it

Only to contact you about Fleet Yard and to set up the free trial you asked for. We use it because you asked us to get in touch (legitimate interests). We don't sell it, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Where it's kept

On our database provider's servers in London, sent over a secure connection. Only the people who run Fleet Yard can see it.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a customer, we delete your request within 12 months. If you do, it becomes part of your account.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by sending a message through the form and saying so. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
